Joe handled everything from the first call, all the way through appraisal and final settlement. Joe fought to get me far more than my initial claim would have allowed. Working with Joe and his business was easily one of the best decisions i’ve made and I recommend his services to anyone dealing with insurance claims of any kind.

My water heater broke and flooded my entire downstairs. Joe and Kate worked tirelessly with the insurance company (that was particularly ornery) to get the best result. They were professional, efficient, great with handling multitudes of paperwork, detail-oriented, great communicators, and thoughtful. I would work with them again in a heartbeat - but I certainly hope I won't have to.

Joe and Kate are the best in helping handle a homeowners claim. They made everything so, so easy. I called them the day it happened and Joe instantly came out and to check it out. Kate had the paperwork ready for me to sign the next morning, and they had emergency service out. They kept me in the loop the whole process, handled absolutely every part of the claim, and got me way more money for my claim than I could’ve imagined. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

In March 2022 we were faced with having to replace our kitchen because of a leak behind the sink which over time had caused mold and water damage. Never having had to ever make a claim on our homeowners insurance in 54 years we needed some guidance. We were referred to Joseph Moore, Jr. a Public Adjuster. He promptly contacted our insurance company on our behalf. Joe made all the necessary arrangements for the Insurance Company's Adjuster to inspect our property. We ere given a quote on all that had to be replaced. Joe worked closely with the Insurance Company Adjuster to ensure we were treated fairly. Joe then put us in touch with contractors who would do the work to restore our kitchen. Everyone involved was professional, hard working, and good people. They cleaned up when they finished every day. Joe was great to work with. He never failed to answer my calls or get back to me in a timely manner. I think that is so important. He did all the heavy lifting and we are so grateful. Thanks to Joe Moore and all involved.

Joe and Kate were the absolute best in helping with a business claim to our Lodge; they went out of their way to make the process transparent and so easy. We contacted them with a problem that we had with an existing claim and both Joe and Kate came out immediately to look at our damage. They both returned numerous times, keeping us informed of the process and where everything stood. They handled every part our claim and got us a lot more than the company adjuster had originally awarded us! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY RECTIFIED A HORRIBLE PROBLEM AND ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD ONLY USE THEM SHOULD WE EVER HAVE THIS NIGHTMARE AGAIN!
