I have had multiple coins made by multiple companies over the past decade. Gray Water Ops is hands-down the best. A coworker / colleague of mine had a new coin made, and when I complimented him on what a NICE coin he had, he quickly and highly recommended Gray Water Ops. I needed to have a new coin made, so I reached out to Gray Water Ops. I was just amazed at how responsive and helpful Keith was in doing the artwork for my new coin design. Previous companies would have charged me a few hundred bucks for the amount of work that Keith put into designing my coin. The price of the coins was equally amazing. Previous coin companies charge extra for each color you add, and the cost quickly skyrockets if you have more than a single color on the coin. The coin Keith designed for me would have easily cost $10 to $12 per coin with the previous companies I've dealt with, but they were about $5 per coin with Gray Water Ops. When the coins arrived, I was overjoyed. These are NICE, heavy, high quality coins. Every time I present someone one of my coins, there is a look of surprise in their eyes when they feel the weight of the coin, and they all compliment me on what a nice coin it is. I have referred multiple colleagues to Gray Water Ops, and I know of at least two others who have subsequently had their coins made by Gray Water Ops and been equally pleased with the high responsiveness, low cost, and high quality. Gray Water Ops is the best in the business.

I originally worked with Graywater Ops, LLC for a non-profit organization coin a couple of years ago. With their new coin face lift program, they were able to vastly improve our coin with sharper graphics and text. When a special coin was needed for an upcoming non-profit event later this year, I emailed Keith with a design concept and received a speedy reply and a very reasonable quote. Graywater's graphic artists came up with an outstanding design. As good as the design looked, the finished coin looked even better. I will definitely return to this veteran owned and operated company for future coin needs.

This company deserves more than 5 stars! We ordered 100 premium custom made challenge coins and they look absolutely beautiful. The quality and finish on them is stunning they look 100% better than all the other coins in my collection. The detail, clarity and finish is stunning, what another company told me they were unable to do, Gray Water ops delivered!. The customer service was outstanding from assisting us in the design of the coin to the fast turnaround time, from design to delivery was an incredibly fast 2 and a half weeks.
