My wife and I have stopped here many many many times over many years. This time was poor! Deidre our waitress missed the mark from the beginning. She didn't fulfill our specific and simple request with our drink order. When we noticed and requested that she correct it, she TOLD us she wouldn't fulfill our request at that time. After our food order was brought to the table, by another staff member. Food items from the order were never received. The cost of those items were credited at the register. After being TOLD by the server when she brought our drink order our table decided to leave her to her own devices and rate our visit on the merits of her service. Since she balked at correcting a simple drink order we were not going to give her the opportunity to snub us a second time. At the register the hostess who originally seated us was informed of this experience and was uninterested. Not even acknowledging our statement of poor service. What part of our order we did consume was classic Bob Evans quality and flavorful.
