Overall food quality is good. The deli meat and cheese is Boar's Head brand. Pricing is a little bit high, around 12 to 15 bucks a person not including drinks. Limited dining space ( only around 4 spots.)

Great service and food! Love that I could either chose a specialty sandwich or make my own. Great selection and my food was ready when it was said it would be so no long wait. Great atmosphere and you can get chips, drinks, desserts or even ESM merch or Vermont merchandise as well. Awesome portions, be ready to eat 🙂

I signed up for the daily special email bulletin and today I knew I had to have this sandwich. It was dubbed 'The Chopped Italian' and it was brilliant. In short, 3 Italian meats, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onions and banana peppers on a toasted sub roll. So saucy and with just that pique of spice. Nota bene!

You will not find a better deli sandwich in Bennington town.

It is a little expensive for what you get but the quality is there. In this town, good food is a rare treat. Tasty food, friendly staff and clean store.

Service is an 11/10. They're always nice, but today I was feeling grumpy and decided to treat myself to an ESM sandwich. I got a Mayor Mark with multiple modifications - when I opened it to eat it I found they made a minor mistake on it, and were so kind when I called (again even though I'm making a grumpy day!) remade it so fast, and left a kind little note inside the wrapper.

Plus, the sandwich was INSANELY good as usual. It may seem a little wild to pay $14 for a turkey blt but once you try it, you'll understand. It's also HUGE.

Thanks again guys for the excellent sandwich and for turning my day around!!!

Clean, refreshing and amazingly fun to shop here. I came for a breakfast sandwich and found wine that I've been looking for over 2 years now. They have lots of great products as well as sandwiches.

I’m from mass and I come to work in Bennington every few weeks. Every time I get the wild bill sandwich and rant and rave about it to everyone. It’s delicious. However, today I picked up my sandwich and began to eat it. Several pieces of hard white plastic spread across my sandwich. Pretty sure I accidentally swallowed one or 2. Not super happy.

Go up
