If I could give these guys ZERO stars, I would. Wholly unprofessional and rude manager, Justin. He would not allow me to speak when requesting my refund and the reason why... The selling point they had was that I would have exclusivity on each course guide or scorecard per golf course, and lo and behold I was mailed the course guides and scorecards, and there was not one other person's add, but two and three people's add for the same service. When I called, I found myself arguing with this man, who continued to patronize me and take over the conversation, and as he insisted on speaking the entire time, he insisted on being right, when obviously Bench Craft made multiple mistakes. I should've had him refund me for both course guides, but that would have meant another 10-minute argument by him, so I settled for the 1-course guide to be refunded. Also, they reach out and prey on those new in any industry like real estate and insurance because they know you need to get your name out there and you don't have the knowledge yet to know better. This was definitely an important lesson in what not to waste your money on. They also promised me that I would gain a financial benefit from this, and not 1 dollar have I seen as of today. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. I officially feel hoodwinked.

I thought golf advertising would be expensive and not very productive for the money. I was approached by Benchcraft to buy an ad on a scorecard and was shocked to learn how affordable it was for a year of advertising. I’ve spent three times this amount on other forms of advertising before. I decided to give it a try and within a month of it being on the golf course I’ve received 4 calls off the ad. If you’re thinking about budget friendly marketing options, this worked great for me.

I played golf last weekend and saw our ads on hole #3 and on the scorecard and thought everything turned out great! It was helpful to see our tee sign in person and understand where (and how) our ad is being seen on the scorecard during a round. For what I paid, I’m excited to have done this and think it will be great exposure.
