I had asked this business for a bid to wrap a vehicle and they did not get to me by deadline sept. 15th so I chose another company. I asked for a refund on my deposit minus his cost for labor so far and the owner flipped on me. he said I was just trying to get a lower price from someone else? Or I was using his art work somewhere else for cheaper? Then he hung up on me! I did not get clarification on if or when he was going to return funds and he would not answer calls so I went to his office. He was still mad but he refunded the difference which is all I wanted. Since he refunded the difference he said he was going to give me a piece of his mind and also informed his employees to not answer any communications from me. He also gave my business a 1 star review even though he has never beed a customer of mine he is just retaliating for the refund. Be very careful when working with this company the owner can flip out very badly if things do not go his way!

Jose and the team at SD Media have completed 4 trucks wraps for our business. 3 trucks came out perfectly, but the 4th had a slight misshape in some of the lettering. Jose immediately corrected this upon noticing it, which demonstrates his intention to take care of his customers and provide the best service possible. Additionally, Jose does what he can to get our trucks in and out as rapidly as possible while still paying attention to small details. Thank you, Jose and SD Media.
