I always enjoy working with James Allen Printing. I have placed quite a few orders for over the years and they have NEVER disappointed me. The Staff is ALWAYS courteous and great to work with. I have ordered invitations, custom printed magnets, and booklets. They always do a quality job at very reasonable prices with a quick turn around time. I am from Charlotte and was in town for a funeral service. The options for the funeral program were not up to my standards. I was frantic in trying to get what I wanted. Another business suggested James Allen services. I couldn't have been more pleased. I went in with a pen and paper very rough draft of what I wanted. He listened and asked appropriate questions to ensure we were on the same page. I needed them by 4pm the following day. A little more than 24 hours. This company did not hesitate to meet my needs. Not only did they deliver top notch service, but the actual product exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs. I needed some pages cut. I hadn't had them printed there (a mistake!) and I was in a hurry. I couldn't let TEAM BRIDE down. It had to be quick, and it had to be right. James Allen Printing saved my backside. They explained exactly what they would do, what the issues could be, and how long it would take. Then they did a great job. What more could you ask for? Oh, and it was downright cheap!

It is so refreshing to have personalized customer service, electronic submission, quick turnaround with a top noch quality product, produced locally, and...affordable! I recently created a trifold brochure I needed quickly. James Allen Printing had it ready for me in 36 hours. Darn if I didn't find a major typo (my oversight, not theirs), JAP re-printed for me in record breaking time. Thank you JAP!!!

Been here twice now. Thr first time we arrived to pick up an order, we ended up waiting 30 minutes as they "finalized it." However, this seemed to be more of an excuse so that they could go in the back and complete the order while we waites. This would have been fair if there was something to finalize, yet the only thing that should have to be wrapped up is the payment. The second time we went was a complete disaster. Needed an order completed in a day and a half was apparently too demanding. Although these workers accepted that they would fufill the request by the bext. Upon arrival, they didnt have it done with no excuse but laziness. This family run company or whatever it is seems to have a hard time being efficient and fufilling. Dont accept a task if you arent going to complete it in time. It would save me from having to write this review.
