0 stars. I am extremely disappointed with the unethical practices demonstrated by this company. We entered into an agreement for the installation of a brand new sign. However, what was delivered and installed was a refurbished unit—something that was only admitted after considerable back-and-forth and confrontation. It took an argument for the installers to finally acknowledge that the sign was not new, as originally promised.

Even more troubling was the conduct of the two individuals who came to perform the installation. After being asked to leave the premises and clearly told they were no longer permitted on the property, they repeatedly returned to continue the installation process—disregarding clear instructions and showing complete disrespect for boundaries.

To make matters worse, the customer was subjected to insulting remarks, further cementing the company’s lack of professionalism and courtesy. In all my years dealing with vendors and service providers, this experience ranks among the worst.

This company has demonstrated a shocking disregard for honesty, professionalism, and customer respect. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering doing business with them.

For the record, should any form of vandalism, property damage, or harassment occur following this review, I will consider it retaliatory and hold this company fully responsible.
