I am writing this review as a direct response to the review stating that Karen is rude and provides horrible customer service.

Karen has been a vendor of mine for almost 15 years, and has supported me through the hardest times of my life and made it possible for my business to survive. She dedicates herself to helping her customers, at times to the detriment of her own needs, like skipping lunch and working late hours and weekends, just to name a few.

To write a review about a business owner based on one encounter, an encounter that had nothing to do with printing at that, is immature and uninformed. A simple search of her reviews will show you customer after customer who values her professionalism and dedication. I don’t know what that person’s motivation was for posting that review, but the people who trust Karen with their business know that she is dedicated, thoughtful, and committed to producing the highest quality work.

Stopped by the business today and wanted to talk and learn a little more about the company and what kind positions they may hire for. The owner was rude, unprofessional and very dismissive. I understand that she is not hiring and I was not looking for a job but the way she responded and talked to me was very uncalled for and was not at all good customer service. I own a small business and am in need of some printing but will NEVER consider this company based on the way they treat the general public.

To the owners reply. I was not at all rude. I am naturally a very soft spoken and polite person even when being treated poorly. I did not interrupt our conversation at all. I simply asked if I could schedule a time to talk about your business and you asked me what questions I had. When I asked the question “I know you’re not hiring now but what positions do you typically hire for,” you became very aggressive in your tone. I said thank you and left. Anyone walking in your business could be a potential customer and good business is to treat everyone with respect. I was simply doing my job and was treated rudely for no reason at all. I did not interrupt your conversation with a customer. When I walked in you turned, said hello, and asked if you could help me. Never did you say, I’ll be with you after I help this customer. I was not aware that she was a customer. She could have been an employee I would have no way of knowing, you turned to me and said “how can I help you.”

I had the best experience today!
The Owner was so kind and helpful.
I had made my own wedding inventions and really just needed them printed off as a 5x7!
I had gone to Office Depot to get these simple inventions printed.
I was told because I made these inventions I need to go back and make the file for a 5x7. Instead of them helping me and just blowing up the image. They told me to go online and upload image etc. It was just a lot of confusion just to make a simple invention a different size.
As everyone knows when it comes to a wedding it can be very stressful. The owner of Wilson Graphics was she happy to help me and within the matter of 15 mins my wedding inventions were resized and printed with the RSVP cards! I'm so happy with the way they turned out. I will be returning for all of my printing needs.

Karen goes the extra mile for her customers. She was to mail the items she prepared for me, but she was concerned the post office wouldn't deliver them in time. She hand delivered the items at no additional cost.

I’ve had two wonderful experiences with Wilson Graphics, 1st was to print baby shower invitations and 2nd was to print family photos. Each time was great quality, awesome pricing, and friendly! Definitely will be coming here instead for the best quality! Local is so much better than any of those other big companies!

Karen at Wilson is so amazing. Her customer service is the best I’ve seen around and she’s very helpful and accommodating with whatever I need. My fliers and business menus were perfect! I highly recommend this printer place. They feel like family.
