I unfortunately did not have the best experience with this title company. I'm not sure if it is because they were out of state, but I would not recommend using them if you are in MD or try to avoid if they are recommended. This company handled the closing of selling our home and compared to the title company we used to purchase our new home the care and attention to detail do not compare. Communication was lacking throughout the entire process. Luckily our realtor and team managed most communication and stepped in when needed. Over two months from closing and we are still awaiting a refund from escrow..
