After calling around town, I chose to work with Mastercraft Awards because they responded to my initial inquiries quickly and politely. I was a needy customer having never purchased awards before. Not knowing what I wanted or what I could afford when we started, Mastercraft Awards worked with me through dozens of emails and an in-store consultation. They politely responded to all my emails within a matter of minutes. They had no problems when I needed to make changes to my order in the middle of the process. The order was done on time. Engraving was impeccable and they made not a single mistake on the intended wording/spelling on nearly 200 awards.

I've used Mastercraft for many many years and they always come through for my printing needs at MWCOG. We usually get business cards and personalized notepads, but they've also helped us with many other print types. LOVE MASTERCRAFT!!!

All was good with a plaque for an awards banquet, at first. Adam, GM, was provided a proof and to help with the design, he was also provided artwork to use as an example. Upon receiving the plaque we noticed they mispelled the city on the plaque. They omitted the "i" in "Alexandria". After bringing the error to Adam's attention, he stated there would be a 20% penalty to fix the mistake. This is totally absurd. When I pointed it out to him, he became very defensive. Not once did he apologize for their negligence. Instead he stated they don't really need small potato customers such as us and refused to fix the plaque and because I complained he said he did not want me to return to the shop and he would now refused to fix it for his fee. When I asked him for the owner's name, he stated it was none of my business.

They are not Mastercrafters, however instead very negligent and sloppy in their work. "Master Careless". Don't expect any customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to their competition the Trophy Shop in Manassas instead.
