I have used Cindy many times for window coverings and for complete makeover of two bathrooms. I have always been pleased and get many compliments on my home. My friends always ask for Cindy's card when they see my bathrooms. She is very easy to work with, practical, has a great eye, and is very creative. She even traveled to Richmond with us to assist us in picking granite and tiles. I highly recommend Feather Your Nest and Cindy Lloyd Design.

Cindy came to our home and did an amazing job with our custom honeycomb shades. She is professional, friendly and efficient and knows her products. She will explain function, practicality and drawbacks. At no time did we feel pressured to spend more money than we had budgeted for the job. The shades were ready by the date she quoted and installed throughout the house in less than an hour. And they look so nice! We are very pleased with our experience with Cindy Lloyd and Feather Your Nest. We purchased new blinds for our home. Cindy and her team measured, installed, and followed through beautifully. Though there was an issue with the order for the blinds (the manufacturer had changed certain specifications), Cindy worked with the manufacturer to correct the problem and made a couple of trips to our home to make sure that the blinds were re-installed and working correctly. She takes great pride in her work and wants to be sure that her customers are satisfied. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with her.

I am totally satisfied with my experience with Cindy Lloyd. She is well qualified to explain all of her shade products and what might be best for you. She does all of this as education not pushing a product. All of the accent pieces in the shop are tasteful and attractive

She really simplifies a process that is otherwise ocerwhelming.
She has provided custom, wooden blinds and custom window treatments - all turned out beautifully!
The window treatments came from an outside inspiration that Cindy was able to replicate, but also addEd our own unique twist! And they are perfect!
She is also able to narrow down fabric choice to most appropriately fit your decor and coordinate with surrounding rooms
