I have attended four seminars so for my business. I am the Credit Card Lady, Barbara Vance with Ignite Payments Eagle. Renee has helped me with time management and being more productive. This is very important if you are self employed and working from home. The last seminar I attended, I learned what business is going to be in the future. If you want to stay on top, you need Mid Atlantic Strategic Services seminars or personal coaching. Also, I know a lot of people that do the group coaching as well.

We have been working with Action Coach for 2 years. In the two years we have been with Action Coach, Body Renew Fitness went from a two fitness only facilities and grew into a family oriented Fitness Facility that offers far more products and Services than any facility in our Area.
