Excellent company. We've purchased a couple of bats and catchers gear from them. Always quick shipping, fair prices, and excellent customer service.
Surprised there was a 1-star review. Everyone knows the Ghosts are prone to breaking, unless you are brand new to the sport, and that Easton will honor the warranty within their guidelines. No retailer will honor a bat warranty. You have to deal with the manufacturer.

I Will only order from this company for any sports gear from now on! Customer Service is next to Perfect!! I had ordered a bat, must've been a glitch in the site, but the incorrect bat size was sent. New bat was sent the next morning!! This company is Awesome!!

Costumer service was amazing . (Brenda), immediately responded to my email and stayed in contact with me along the way.
I had a carrier issue. She gave me options and made sure I got my items even though direct sports had already fulfilled my order and had nothing to do with the carrier or problem itself.
I got my items today, they are amazing.
Great price, even better items. First time costumer. Will return and highly recommend

Huge thanks to Mike for the amazing customer service. The wrong bat was sent to me, and Mike made the return/exchange process go super smoothly. He provided the pre-paid return label and allowed me to pick out a replacement bat from his site at no additional cost. He even expedited the shipping to me so that i could get the replacement bat by the weekend. I will definitely be shopping here again

Good store. I definitely recommend buying from them. I gave it a three star because we drove an hour to go in store. Unfortunately they didn’t have the temporary hours for “Covid precautions” posted. You can order over the phone or online but you can’t go in store as of now. They will bring it out to you.
