These guys are great, I got a bid from a different company to put decals on my service truck for $2,700. These guys did it for $600 and it was all done in one day! So the next day I brought them my bucket truck to get decals on that as well and they stayed 2.5 hours past closing to get it completed for me in one day. Great experience with them, I’ll be bringing in more stuff for them! They really went the extra mile for me.

Robin did my original signs in 2013 and then with some new things i wanted and updates, he *or Bill i believe took my very lengthy email and in 1 shot sent me the drafts that became our new well updated signage! Thank you Bill and Robin for such great work and speedy service

I would like to start by saying these guys appear to do great work, but in my case, they fell short when it came to customer service.

They seem to follow the saying; “Over promise and then under deliver…”

I was looking to have some graphics placed on my Bronco and they seemed like a great fit. My initial impression was good, I called and was asked to stop by that evening. Matt appeared excited to take on the project. Upon my arrival, he took pictures and measurements and then we had a positive discussion about ideas. Matt informed me to expect a design in a few days, so I left the shop happy and excited to see what he came up with.

Well…this is where it all goes downhill…
A week later I still had not heard anything, so I decided to check in by giving them a call and was informed that Matt, has been and still was on vacation, they had no idea what was currently happening with my design and asked if we were needing it quickly, because they had no bay space to do the job-- Additionally, stated that they had tried outsourcing the design to another shop, but the other shop told them that they couldn’t do it either, to which I was then told to just wait for Matt’s return the next day. I was told they would leave a sticky note for Matt to call us back and hopefully he would see it, but no promises.

So, 4 days later, I call the shop again and asked Matt, if they can still do the job or if I should just look elsewhere, to which he apologized and informed me that there was some internal miscommunication but to rest assured, he could do the job and that he would get me a design later that day. The next day (Tuesday), I did finally end up getting something which looked very generic, rushed, and not at all in alignment with any ideas in which we discussed.

Matt then said he understood and appreciated the honest feedback and would get back to me the following week, to which that time came and went and…. nothing. So, after this time around, I decided to visit the shop on my way home, and I was finally shown a draft of a much better design. I informed Matt that it looked great, and he told me that he would have the design completed in a few days.

Well, that time came, went, and once again…nothing. Then out the blue, I was asked about a down payment via text, which I took as more than fair, given Matt should be paid for his design time, so I of course agreed and asked how much?

Got no response via text or call for 2 days.

So, I decided to stop by the shop again, in order to see what was going on, to get payment worked out and see if I could receive a more solid timeline, so I didn't have to keep feeling as though I was bothering them, after each broken promised timeline.

Matt was in a meeting, so was asked to speak to Bryson regarding payment. I informed Bryson, that I was there to pay for the time but would appreciate an honest timeline, if they can't do it for a month or at all, then that's okay, I can work with whatever, but just don't keep telling me the next day or two, otherwise, I'm actually going to expect something in a day or two.

Surprisingly the answer I received was: “We don’t have time to answer your calls, walk-ins, or to provide timelines.”

To which, I promptly left the shop and that was that. I had not heard anything from them nor do I plan on inconveniencing them with my business again.

Overall, just confused and disappointed by my entire experience with RK graphics.

I reached out to RK Graphics with a window decal idea on Tuesday November 5th, and as of today (Thursday November 7th) the design has already been installed on my office door! Bryson was crazy fast to communicate with, and himself and Dylan did a wonderful job installing the decal according to the placement I requested.
