I recently had the pleasure of working with Valley Sign, and I have to say that Tiny provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company. The communication was exceptional, the timeliness was spot-on, and there was a genuine care and consideration throughout the entire process. Tiny is truly an authentic, kind, and good-hearted person, which made the whole experience even more remarkable.

As for the sign, Jeshua created an absolute masterpiece! The level of detail and quality is out of this world, and I’ve received nonstop compliments on it. The craftsmanship is beyond impressive.

If I ever need signage again in the future, there’s no question that I’ll be using Valley Sign. I couldn’t recommend them more highly—an outstanding team and an incredible final product!

Man, Valley Sign was so good to work with. I got 3 quotes in total for decals on my van and they were all pretty close. The deciding factor for me was the excellent service and communication. Jeshua always did what he said he was going to do from the initial quote, through revisions and then the install. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely seamless. We purchased a larger work vehicle for our company and wanted a look for our logo that stood out. We revamped our logo and were thinking about adding a mascot. We had no idea what that would look like but we were open needing ideas from the professionals. Originally we were going through a sign shop that we had used in the past but they didn’t seem to care giving the impression that they were not interested in what we wanted. They changed the colors on our revamped logo and kept sending us draft ideas that we did not like. That made us feel like we had to do the work for them and that was not what we wanted to pay for. We then decided to call Valley Sign. I had one brief conversation with Jeshua, expressing that we had just revamped our logo and we were interested in adding a mascot. We sent him our logo and expressed that we love the colors as they were and we were wanting ideas that flowed together to stand out. Jeshua sent us one draft with two ideas and we were ECSTATIC at what he came up with. “ONE DRAFT” is all it took and he came up with a vision for our company that we know we wouldn’t have gotten from anyone else. We are BEYOND HAPPY and SO PROUD to have our company logo looking so good! Investing in your company will always pay off and this was worth every penny. Thank you Valley Sign!

10/10 experience having a sign to honor my moms legacy to her profession. I contacted Valley Sign on a tight budget, and no clue what was even possible. They designed and produced the most beautiful sign for my mom that I could have ever asked for.
