Absolutely deplorable service and set up. This business is located in Pennsylvania!!!! They left an unmanned branch in Harrison Arkansas for some weird reason. Do not waste your time energy or even phone calls with them.
Totally online program and wait 30-40 minutes to get transferred to a human in Pennsylvania!!

I manage a warehouse in Harrison At. We have been a customer of America’s for over 7 years. Ever since the customer service has been shut down and out sourced, my service has been unreliable. Several times my scheduled deliveries would be skipped or the delivery times would be changed and I would not be notified. We are scheduled to receive a refill twice a week. Lately it has been once every two weeks. I have had to buy my own propane to keep our production going. Customer service will schedule a delivery and correct the issue to have it happen again the next week. This has been going on for a year. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Would help if you would identify whichever customer experience. Propane delivery gentleman was very efficient and helpful . Would give him a 5 star. Customer service on the other hand would get a 1 star. Had to contact them numerous times over several years for the same issue. Also don't think it's fair to do a surcharge for paper billing. I am 74 years young and was not brought up with the internet. You are charging me for being elderly. That is NOT fair.

Pay off balance but keep getting statements that say I owe and it is going to affect credit and that you are going to lock up my tank. When I call you say it is your error just disregard. The next month it is the same all over again.

One star rating is too generous. I have never seen such poor customer service. Charged $40 for phone call, over filled, over billed. Sat on ignore for over an hour before being told there was nobody to help. Simultaneously on chat for over an hour before being timed out. No help. No response. Go anywhere but here.

I have never had a problem with Pioneer Propane. The girls that man the desks and answer the phones are very friendly, knowledgeable and business like. I like the fact that I don't have to keep going up to my tank and checking it and then call for a gas delivery. The automatic coming and filling my tanks is very appreciated and is a very efficient was to do it.

Called for 3 weeks promised delivery 3 times told I was out for delivery 3 times never came. They never texted me . Customer service was of no use always said sorry. But still never did me any good. I closed account with them. Anderson propane will be delivering this week. Andersons had great customer service. DONT GO WITH PIONEER
