I've gotten print work done by AMS for 2+ years. They're incredibly easy to work with and create high quality stuff without needing very specific directions from you. Jordan is fast to respond, good with short deadlines, and willing to offer advice or send proofs any time. Way more affordable than most print shops in Bellingham, too.

Five years since the first Google User reviewed AMS with a poor rating, things haven't changed! My first experience working with them I got excuse after excuse that caused my small print job to be delayed. I guess they're so big they're machines break down twice in a week then catch on fire? Sounds a bit fishy to me! I don't even get a proper quote and I had to hear again in person, almost sarcastically, that they're "Sorry about the delay, but we can't help it when our machines catch on fire." Seriously? I don't need to hear about what's causing your business to have issues especially when you have attitude all over your tone. Customer service is definitely NOT a priority in this company. I guess because they're the only large printing vendor in town then they can afford to be arrogant and selective with their customers. One thing they do right is charging fairly competitive prices for their services. Still, driving a few more miles south may be worth the trip and extra cost for better service!
