I had the pleasure dealing with Dexter Friedman and his manager David. Dexter was nothing short of Amazing! I was hesitant at first since I never had dealings with this agency, but I'm glad I did. Dexter was very knowledgeable and kind. He spent the time to discuss all of my questions and concerns. Any questions he could not answer, he obtained the answer very swiftly. Nicholas Black connected with me after I applied for a position they had posted and he’s the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with! Professional, empathetic, super supportive and provides you all the details you need. He provided me all the necessary information I needed for job interviews and kept me updated which I appreciated the most! I know with being a recruiter you can be working with multiple other clients/possible candidates for job postings but he was on the ball with emails to keep be updated, phones, and was prepared for any questions I had. Him and the rest of his team (Hailey McCracken and David Yount) have helped with taken out any anxiety I had around job hunting at the time. When I got hired on at the contract I’m assigned to, it was during the beginning of the pandemic but even with that going on, they have remained supportive, quick to respond to any questions, and have checked in regularly.They’ve been a pleasure to work with for the past year!

Not happy with the employee or the company. If you intend to hold yourself out as an IT staffing firm, you should know the difference between various IT roles, skills, etc. - i.e., a database admin and a web developer for example.
