This was perfect for us. Owner's extensive knowledge and experience helped me in selecting the right product and design. In addition, a few days after he ordered the hoodies, I changed my mind on the sizes, and he was graciously flexible. - I ordered from Sign Age because I couldn't be sure of the quality on-line, but, being uncomfortable with the price, I checked with a store in Clackamas. Sign Age had better quality AND way better prices.

I had a fantastic experience with this shop. Wednesday morning I got the idea for a logo for t-shirts for a reunion camping trip this weekend and drew up a design. Early afternoon I took the design to the shop where it was scanned and digitally improved. The owner helped me pick out the type, sizes, and colors of t-shirts from an online catalog and Friday afternoon they were printed and ready for pickup. Great quality shirts and printing, fast service, and a lower cost than I would have expected. So nice to have such a fast turn-around time for exactly what I wanted in a small town. THANKS

I previously had a 5 star review on here with lots of nice things to say but I must update my review.
So I started the process of ordering shirts and hats for a company back in April.... I was told 2 weeks ago my stuff would be started but probably not finished that week... Yesterday I was given a refund because my stuff is still 4 spots down on the list.
I'm not happy, I wasted all this time and energy trying to get products I needed back in May.
I was trying to stay local but off to the internet I go.

We have hired this business two times to complete orders. Both times the work has been weeks off schedule and there have been multiple excuses as to why the work was not completed on time. There is no communication about products being completed unless you reach out and ask for an update, even then communication is spotty. The business also has an awkward entrance where you have to ring a bell on a locked door and hope the owner is in the building; sometimes he is and sometimes he isn’t. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Look elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I tried to get a quote for having logos put on my raft companies buses and the owner was rude both over the phone and email. If you're offended by a customer looking for quotes from multiple companies on an expensive project, frankly you shouldn't be in business. There are plenty of other graphics companies in the Columbia Gorge with friendly and helpful staff.

Have been getting stuff done with him for about 7-8 years now and always delivers on time and exactly like I wanted it. I’ve done big orders of multiple uniforms, jackets, sweaters and other merchandise and always perfect!
