Working with Encompass was a joy. Jen was very patient and helpful with our order of small printed drinking glasses. These were for a 'virtual' wedding with guests from across the country. Jen and her team packed up the glasses (and packets of powdered drink mix for our 'signature drink') and took care of shipping for us as well.
