Went in and bought a bed and did not know about all the really neat party stuff in the back room. If you are having a party ot function, you really need to check these nice people out.

I find it very sad when a business does not take pride in the equipment that it rents out. Ordered rental chairs and when arriving to pick them up, they were covered in dirt and rusted. Why would you take money from a customer and then bring out chairs in horrible condition? Step it up Party Connexion. Take care of your community by renting out items in great condition so that the customers want to come back. Don't waste your money supporting this local business. There are plenty of other small businesses that need your business in Lewis County. Shop smarter.

Hello, I came to your store to purchase 20 helium balloons and I also brought 16 of my own balloons. I was charged almost the same amount for the ones I brought in to just get the helium put in!! I was horrified! Is this what you normally charge? I have been coming to your store to support your business for many years. I’ve lived in Centralia for a very long time and I have always been happy with the quality service I get at your store. However after today’s experience I will not come back. There are cheaper places to go. Just wanted to let you know you have lost a good customer due to ridiculous prices.

I am giving my experience a three star. Did I get what I asked for and did things work out, yes. Then why not the big five stars. Well, it took work, persistence and literally physical strength for this to workout.

I love supporting local businesses it's more than tough right now.
In other words I didn't take no for an answer and I was determined to get these supplies. Here's how it unfolded.

I called at least 2 times and no answer. I was extremely busy coordinating a small catered outdoor celebration. I drove there on one of my errands and I pulled up and parked. It was about 11:30 am. I went to the door and it was locked and no one available. I decided to call and no answer.

I continued my day and thought, I have to call again. This time a gentleman answered and told him what I needed. He said come in fill out paperwork, great.

I went, and no one there again. I sat there in my car and 2 other cars pulled in and left because they looked and were closed.
Another car pulled in and I talked to the driver. She was not happy she said that it's worth the drive to Lacey. I had no choice. So I drove around and called. Hey, the owner is back.

Said, see you in 5. Went in and before I could reach the counter he said, "Sorry, were sold out". I ignored him got to the counter and gave him the date. Then, he looks at the computer and says, yes, that will work. Reserved tables, chairs great.

The day before the event I went early to pick up the supplies with the truck. Again, no one. Shortly thereafter, a man drove up and he began unlocking the gate, cigarette hanging from his mouth. He said to back up to the two storage bays.

He opens the doors and stood back smoking. These were 6 ft rectangles and round tops, heavy. His "helper" was no help. I had to load them my self. If its self serve they should say its self serve.

You would think that they could be more more of assistance to a retired elder. Despite my balding gray hair I can still through a few tables around. It is pathetic that they would even hire someone, who is a smoker, in poor health, and too debilitated to even move.

This business is suffering from an identity crisis. They should decide what there going to be and figure out how to do it, and hopefully get back to the basics of customer service.

Helped with nt daughter vday party which they were great. I preordered 9 balloon and it wasn't tied tight enough as soon as I walked outside it went straight to the sky they replaced thank god no problem great customer service

Went in on Wednesday 1/6/19 and made a order for 5 balloons to be picked up Saturday 1/9/19 at 10am. I called 5 times and knocked for 15 minutes and even tho the sign said "open" no one answered the door and no one seemed to be there. Will be calling for a refund and won't be going back. not happy i spent money to have ballooons for my daughters party and no one called or emailed me with a cancelation or anything since they seemed to not be there and I didn't get the balloons I ordered

NW Party supplies sells beds in the Chehalis store! My wife & myself bought one of these supposed high quality mattresses about 3 1\2 months ago! The firs 2 weeks it seemed OK, but after that it started hurting our backs, & hips! Now it has spots where its starting to sag, like where the shoulders rest! I wouldn't recommend these beds to anyone, unless they were going to bed livestock on them,, even then I don't think I would!! These mattresses should hold up longer than 3 months! Don't buy one,, you'll regret it!!
