I’ve been meaning to leave this feedback for some time now and finally am getting around to it!

The quality of products they carry is amazing! I’ve loved everything that has come from them that has been personalized to my biz. However, I’m writing this because of the quality of customer service that was given, and theirs is above exceptional. There has been clear communication from them throughout preparing a box of personalized products for me, up until even after I received the products. I will admit I was horrible at getting back to them but they never let that affect communication and I appreciated that!
I haven’t been able to make it to their physical location but am excited for them and this new venture. I don’t know either biz owner personally so let this be a true unbiased reflection of how wonderful they’ve been with their customers!
