Beware! Both exits have a light immediately outside it so its takes forever to get out. We parked on the 4th floor and used the 4th floor exit and it took a full hour to get out still. The up/down ramps are two way so people choose which way to go and end up stuck and block traffic. The owner of the lot only had two people working who are not meant to direct traffic into the streets but those poor people ended up having to go into the streets on their own to help. For events at the Moody Center it cost $40 and was an absolute mess. Go to literally any other lot!

Went to an event at the Moody Center so I looked up where to park. The two garages nearby are the Trinity and Manor locations. Trinity is pre-book online only, but we didn’t know that until we got there. Only the Manor garage mentions that online. So we got there only to discover we were unable to park, which I did not appreciate. Thankfully, the lot across the street was open.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Impossible to exit the garage after an event. Traffic at a complete standstill. No one directing traffic. Wish I could give zero stars.

$40 to park for an event, and afterwards we've been deadlocked for over 40 min, with no movement in sight. Will definitely find elsewhere to park next time

Bad place to park. Hard to pay for parking. They want to sign you up for promotions on the website while trying to pay. I didn't stay and they still billed me through the mail. Shady people walking around, etc.

Paid $50 to park inside… not great but close to the moody center so that’s a plus
