NW Signs did an amazing job creating and installing the signs for our new store! They listened to our input and made changes to design work based on our feedback. They followed up with the city and the fire department when regulations needed to be clarified. The installation was on time and efficient. I used NW Sign & Design for my illuminated sign and window decals at Oasis Float Spa in North Seattle. They did a fantastic job. On one of the 2 foot x 2 foot decals they applied to my windows, there was a tiny blemish that I didn't even notice. A week later they came out and replaced the decal without me asking. Brian, the owner, was very helpful early in the design process in helping think through the use of my logo and other words on my sign. 100% satisfied.

We used Northwest Sign for our business, Guardian Vault on Redmond Ridge, and could not be happier! They were very patient and designed several options for us while respecting our budget. The two fellas that performed the installation were on time, respectful of our space and even vacuumed after tracking in maybe just two pine needles from outside! I would love to rate this lower if I could. We put a significant down payment for a sign for our neighborhood. Our neighborhood unfortunately voted down this project in lieu of a rock sign (NW Signs does not do). Brian magically stated that our down payment was consumed by design changes. When we tried to work with him on lettering for the rock, he estimated another $4800 plus the already consumed deposit. Unreasonable and unfair, our only recourse is to file a small claims action. Dishonest business practices!!! Buyer beware!!!
