We completed an application for this company and were charged $50.00 each for the fee. To be fair, it does say that the fee is non-refundable. However, I called less than 24 hours later informing them that we signed with another company and even though they did not use the fee to check our background they still refused to refund the money. It also took 3 calls and an email within a 2 week period to even get a response. I really feel that if someone withdraws their application before it is processed an exception should be made to the refund policy. All this company did for us was steal $100.00. I am thrilled we did not sign a contract with them. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that is fair and cares about their customers. There are property management companies that will refund your application fee if you don't sign a contract with them. These guys clearly just care about themselves.

Shockingly poor management and transition between managing renters in the property and owners re-taking possession. They promise one thing on the phone but never follow through. Thy said they'd either meet us there or leave the keys in a hidden spot so when I arrived from a 13+ hour drive with two small children we could get into the house - nope. They said they'd do a final walk through - nope. They said they'd return the previous tenants keys - nope. They said they'd look at the damage left by the previous tenant (specific examples were detailed to them) - nope. Then a month later they call and say everything is the owners responsibility because they're not managing it anymore! They claimed they have no forwarding address or phone number for the previous tenants and were unwilling to do a basic courtesy of contacting them to ask if they'd like to come pick up some packages that came to their old address (they are still in the area). Seriously? Awesome customer service. My advice is to avoid this office at all costs for any kind of rental situation on either the renter or the owner side. If you do, don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect or honesty.

Bezy Realty has managed our rental for a number of years now. Trinas skills managing and assessing any repairs are exceptional. The account statements are available on line and rents collected into our Rental Bank Account on time each month. It gives us peace of mind to know Trina and staff are handling any issues that arise. Pete Bezy Realty managed my two properties for nearly 15 years. Transition from Pete to Trina was excellent and Trina enhanced our cash flow immediately. Takes care of everything; you don't even need to know where your properties are. Trina recently handled the sale of both properties and got us top dollar with no hassle. Strongly recommend them if you are looking for a property manager.

These people are HORRIBLE!! Last August my boyfriend and I were trying to get added to our friends’ lease, everything was set up to go. Our friends asked the owner if they had an issue with them having roommates the owner expressed no concern but said we would have to go through the realtor’s office. No big deal! The people in the office told us to just apply for any random rental, they had our names down and would be watching for us. We paid the application fee for both applications. Heard nothing back then received an email stating that we had a scheduled viewing for the listing I put my application in on. I immediately emailed back stating that we were just trying to get added to a lease and this was the way we were told to go. NEVER once received an email back. Our friends emailed and asked what was up and they office said something along the lines of “oh. Well the owner said he would never approve you guys for roommates” well then Why waste our time and STEAL $100 from us if you knew we wouldn’t be able to be added to their lease?!?! Again, we were never once sent an email regarding any of this! Not even an apology for miscommunication or offering to return our money. These people are MONEY HUNGRY. We kept in touch with our friends of course who have since moved out of that home. And Pete Bezy has done nothing but continue to steal money from them too!!! They told our friends to not take the power out of their name when they moved out until it got rented to someone else. I’m excuse me what?! Why the hell would you pay the power bill for a home you’re not even living in?! Again. Trying to not spend their own money. Our friends get none of their deposit back for things that they had absolutely no control of. Things that were broken before they even moved in that they discussed about in their walk through that now all of the sudden this realtor knows “nothing” about. And “unpaid utility bills” Apparently their old office burnt down so of course so conveniently for them there is no proof of these move in inspection documents. These people are SHADY. I’m so glad we never had to actually live in one of the homes they managed and deal with their bs first hand.

Nothing but positive things to say about Pete Bezy employees and their services. Daniel and Aurora were amazing from the start. They were helpful in finding us an amazing home a year ago and then went above and beyond to help us over the last two months to find a long term rental. Our family highly recommends their services and should the time ever come, we would absolutly use them again.

I couldn't post this unless I gave at least one star rating. I haven't got a star for you....sorry! I work long hours in the summer and have no set schedule. In my search for a rental, I tried to figured out a time to view properties with this agency. They were just plain rude! They would not give me any info on rentals. They would not try to work with me on a time to view properties. I felt as if they were the customer. I truly think they think they are the customer. They kept telling me to fill out an application, then they would show me a rental (if I could accommodate their schedule). They kept forcing the point, "If I qualify", then they might show a slight interest. I more than qualified with a great job and a solid rental history. I couldn't understand how a property management business who seemingly would want to rent to people with a job, expected me to take time from work to accommodate them. This is what greed does to people! If you want to be treated like a low-life, go with Pete Bezy.
