Smart, effective, efficient solutions. I like that!

Mahlon first set us up with BitWarden, which has allowed me to forget completely about "password management." I then asked him about adding a second monitor, and he set it up for me with no bother and no fuss, and as a real estate agent who uses the clunky tools of the MLS, having two full screens to work with is a real time and energy saver!

Also, it's great for Zoom because I can keep the controls over on one screen and see the proceedings without popup windows all over the place!

Oh, and no "upsell." Mahlon took a look at my three-year-old laptop and pronounced me, Good To Go!

UPDATE: Mahlon stepped up and provided excellent service recovery, took care of ensuring all of the remaining IT hardening was completed, and took the time to ensure I understood what changes/updates needed to happen. I now feel fully confident in recommending Shivelite. Thanks Mahlon!

Mahlon has excellent IT skills and a great product. Where he falls short is customer service. Put in a request on their page, also email and texted him to set up an appointment. Literally took 12 days from the email I sent to let him know I had gone through their website, then another 3 days after I texted him. So over 2 weeks for any communication. No service recovery once he replied. Being a business owner, this doesn't make sense.

Shivelight is great! The service is comprehensive and professional on my needs. I consider Mahlon is my IT consultant. He helped me to set up individual log in system for my employees and independent contractors. Virus monitor, back up, cloud system, making computer fast, etc. He can do so much in a short period of time. Highly recommended!
