The process was very difficult. I've used other systems that were very quick and easy. I had to have several calls and e-mails with the owner and others to get many of their basic functions to work. I couldn't request lead sharing with my lender. It took several people at Witly to work on this basic task before it would finally work. Their "proven ads" only generated 7 leads and 1 was spam and the others said they aren't buying or selling and don't need help. Lastly, I only used the service for one month since it gave no results but I was billed 3 additional times for a total of $891 that I never approved. There is no option in your account to cancel or stop these payments so you have to reach out to their support team. Once I reached them they said they wouldn't refund the $891 of unauthorized billing unless I would have requested a refund within 24 hours of the charge. I would recommend avoiding this business completely. It's been a terrible process trying to work with them.
