Love our new home! Reality homes had really nice quality materials and the home process was fast and well done. Communication was good between Ryan, Anthony and ourselves. Ryan did great job setting up home choice and Project Manager did his best to help with the whole process with contractors. Very happy with the build.

Let me begin by explaining the two-star rating. The sole reason for any stars at all is our sales rep, Ryan Riggs. Ryan was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He played mediator from start to finish, and without him, this experience would have been a complete and total disaster. We initiated the build with Reality Homes in 2022, and after many delays and issues, we finally moved into our home in late November 2024.

We absolutely love our new home, but the process was filled with problems. The build itself was mediocre at best, and the corporate office's involvement from the beginning was a significant challenge. The primary issue with Reality Homes' build process is that the corporate office, located in a completely different region, steps in as soon as the contract is signed. They are disconnected from the realities of building in Eastern Washington, such as weather conditions, local trades, and supply chain issues. This disconnect leads to significant problems that could have been avoided.

My husband and I have bought and sold homes for over 25 years, and Reality Homes has been by far the worst builder we've worked with. If you're thinking of building with Reality Homes, be prepared for a challenging, frustrating experience from start to finish that will exceed the build budget and take significantly longer to build than estimated. That said, if you're fortunate enough to work with Ryan Riggs, he will fight for you every step of the way, even though, sadly, he eventually has to pass you off to the corporate office and project manager.

Ryan, you were incredible, and Reality Homes is lucky to have you--though, frankly, they don't deserve you. Your dedication to customer service and client relations is something every builder should learn from.

We love our new home!
First of all, we have friends that have built with other similar construction companies (Simplicity and Lexar... I'm sure we are not the first to compare with similar companies.)
We can honestly say we had a much better building experience than they had, no questions about it.
Reality uses superior quality materials every step of the way, making for a very nice end result. Many of our friends complained they got subpar quality materials and end results left them feeling disappointed with their build. We are thankful we did not have a similar experience.
The corporate office contacts were always friendly and helpful. I'm not going to say we didn't have some bumps along the way, but we feel they handled those moments well when they did arise.
Building is very stressful, but the key is for everybody to stay calm and work together.
Most of the credit has to go to Ryan and Anthony.
Ryan (sales guy) helped us plan out our house and is very knowledgeable with your options.
Anthony was our project manager, and he was the most helpful person we worked with. Anthony was instrumental in coordinating with the trades for timely initial work, them coming back to fix/finish things, or answer our endless questions with patience and understanding.

Our experience was not perfect, and we didn't expect it to be, but the people you deal with daily is what really matters when you build a home.

Ryan Riggs is the absolute BEST. Hands down, knows everything there needs to be known about Reality Homes. To us it was essential since he really was our only contact from beginning to end.
Took longer than it should have to complete our house because we built during Covid and had many hang ups with contractors and materials in general but we hung in there for over a year. Moved in in 2022.
The price is right for the product you get. We love our home.

We had a great experience building with Reality homes. We went into talk to Ryan Riggs about starting the process and he sold us on picking them to build our home. He was so great at explaining the details of building and was awesome to work with. They have the best prices across the board it seemed as we talked to many builders. We loved our PM Anthony Yeaw. He made sure everything got done that needed done. He would come out weekly and communicated so well with us. We love our home and the end result. Only complaint would be them changing our PM the last month of our build. This was odd to us and we weren’t a fan. We knew Anthony at this point and had to finish out the last details with someone we didn’t know. BUT that’s really the only thing that was annoying. Thank you Reality Homes! We love our home !!! We LOVED our cabinet/door/trim installer guy too. His name was Anthony and he was great.

I would like to start by thanking everbody involved with the completion of our new family home. Anthony was our project manager and we really enjoyed working with him. This is the first time we have ever gone through the process of having a home custom built. Working with Anthony and Ryan was great. Understanding the ins and out of building a home, you have to know there will always be unexpected delays. Anthony kept us informed throughout the expected stages in completing the home. If there was any deviation, he was on top of telling us why, and his next move to get us back on track. We have lived in the home about 6 months now. The home is quiet, sturdy, well insulated, and very energy efficiant. The floor plan we selected fits our family's need perfectly. Thanks again Reality Homes and the team who made it all happen!

We were looking for a special home. Couldnt find find until we found Reality Homes and met Ryan. We were sold on design and professional assistance from Ryan. We didnt want a salesman, we wanted a professional who pit our wants and needs first, Ryan filled our needs completly. We have had no issues with our home since moving in.
