Country Homes is the only place to shop for a hot tub and hot tub supplies. The staff answered every question I had and offered suggestions to things I hadn't thought of. With two locations it is easy to stop in and get supplies when I need. What can you say about the delivery. On time as scheduled. James and Preston are amazing, they had to deliver my hot tub to my back patio, which required going through some mud. They were extremely careful and offered suggestions with placement. I will always return to Country Homes for sales and service. The staff there is amazing, always friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the price.

Shopped for a Hot tub at Country Homes Power Spokane Valley. Mark showed me the options and explained in detail everything about the hot tub. We purchased the same day. They delivered and set the tub up. They did an awesome job. Mark took care of everything professionally and we couldn't be more pleased. Shop there and ask for Mark. Thanks

James and Preston were amazing, efficient, patient, timely, and helpful with delivery and set-up how-to information. Overall a great experience.

We love our new hot tub. BIG time kudos to Mark on the sales side and James on the install side. Everything went well and smooth. They even suggested Northern Electric to hook up the power. They were awesome too. When the city inspector came out for the inspection, he said "I have to check it, but Northern Electric always gets it done right. I am never concerned with their work."

We LOVE ❤️ our EXCELLENT Luxury Fiji Jacuzzi we bought from David at Country Homes Power in Spokane Valley!! David was very helpful in our learning all we needed to before, during and after our spa purchase. It's been a year now and I have called the store a few times with various questions. David consistently has all the answers I was looking for and is very helpful on the phone also. We are so happy with our selection. The Fiji Luxury tub has been so relaxing physically and mentally. What a great way to serve people finding something you can enjoy for years to come. Thanks also to James who helped us get it unloaded so my husband could work the forklift magic getting it up on our deck. Thanks to all the staff there - we highly recommend you swing by and see what they have to offer and give them a chance to take great care of you as well!!

Many thanks to Mark, James, Mike and Preston for all their help with our new spa. Mark let us keep the spa on their showroom floor for two months while I built the patio for it. James and Mike made the delivery look easy! Those guys are good at what they do. Plus, James was very helpfull in explaining start-up procedures. Preston had to come out the day after delivery and rectify an issue, and he was very professional and got the job done and the spa up and running. This is our second purchase from Country Homes Power and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
