My wife and I set out to buy our first home with the help of Matt. We had absolutely no idea how the process worked, what to look for in a home, or even what we wanted really. Matt was there for every step of the process and made the process as easy as possible. He has an amazing eye for finding amazing homes that you wouldn’t expect to love. He helped us negotiate issues with our inspection, helped get the house in a state the bank was comfortable with, and even got us a wonderful closing gift.
