We moved our long-term, Spokane Valley rental property under Call Realty management in 2020, after experiencing unhappiness with the previous rental manager. In addition to normal rental property management functions, and as out-of-state owners, we relied on Call (principally Adam and Autumn) to recommend/oversee/coordinate contractors involved in extensive renovations including siding/window/roof replacement, bathroom upgrade, interior repairs, painting, etc. That the house sold in one day in March 2025 is largely due to Call Realty’s diligence and competence in overseeing the property. Five Stars.

i honestly have had a pretty interesting experience with call reality, and we honestly were not going to re new our lease until autumn became our landlord!
she has been absolutely amazing, from fast response and updates, to just being ontop of absolutely everything!!
so thankyou autumn for making it easier to be a tenant and making it an amazing experience for us!

I've been beyond happy with all my interactions since I moved to a property managed by Call Realty. I keep reminding myself to do a review, but google (not call realty) prompted me today. Every maintenance request has been responded to quickly and thoroughly. Paying rent is easy and I love where I live. No complaints whatsoever. As far as my experience goes, don't hesitate to rent from them.

I have been involved with quite a few different rental management companies and have to say, instead of being demanding or trying to find a reason not to rent, as so many companies do, I experienced patience, kindness, understanding and a property manager who knows the importance of HOME. I noticed some not very friendly words on this review site about Call and must disagree. If others have a hard time with Call, it's likely their own doing. In my situation, not only did things go as planned, but she made sure the owners of this house were taken care of as well. I've been treated with respect and dignity and would recommend this rental company to anyone. Especially when rent is so high now....it's who you rent from, that really matters.

We have been with Call Realty for almost two years. As owners, we have had, and continue to have a very good experience. Everyone on the staff is professional, helpful and polite. Any problems or repairs have been dealt with quickly and effectively. We have used other management companies in the past, and this company has been the best by far. Special thanks to Adam Cunningham for his diligence, and Autum Whitworth for always being kind to our tenants, and helpful and responsive to us regarding any issues in our rentals.
