The customer service was outstanding! Great follow-up on questions asked & in a timely manner. The product ("A" boards for parking signs) are a great quality and the printing of the inserts are exactly what we wanted. The ONLY negative is having not been familiar with your products, I ordered a frame that would fit a 36" x 28" insert. I did not know that the frames were that much larger than the insert. Those frames were WAY too large & heavy (for me) to move in & out each morning & EOD. With the help of Beverly Luce, my Account Executive, I was able to swap the "huge" frames for the more manageable size. The only problem with those is that while smaller, they still catch the wind and topple over. Overall my experience was great! Again your product is well made and I've received many positive and complimentary words from both employees and clients. A huge thank you to Beverly Luce & Kevin Harris for their help and patience during this whole process.
