Beware of this shady business. They are the worst. I had been advertising with them for years and during COVID was contacted by Jason Gould, our representative, about renewal. I informed him we would no longer be advertising with them. We were concentrating on our website and digital marketing. Jason said he wanted to look into a better digital presence on their end and would get back to me. I said okay, but I would most likely not be interested. Long story short he never got back in touch with me and then I found out our ad was run again in the book. The fine print on the contract says we had an automatic renewal unless we notified them in writing. So even though I made our intentions very clear to their representative, that wasn't good enough. Shame on Jason Gould for not letting us know that we needed to take another step to cancel our advertising and shame on Action Pages for their reprehensible business practices. Check out the company on Better Business Bureau and you will see that this kind of sneaky behavior is standard operating practice.

Stay AWAY! Check the one-star reviews are all real! This company is an unethical, shady practice. They changed their name but the same people. They trick you into renewing the contract without notice and then sending bills. SHAME ON YOU! You will get ZERO $ from me.

Ive had a hard time working with this company. Decisions were made on my behalf without my consent, the owner & managers never returned my many emails and they never kept a lot of their promises. Your better off doing Google Ads for the cost involved.

Beware of deceptive contracts and terrible customer service from the parent company. In the middle of a pandemic where our business was shut down by no fault of our own, Action Pages ran an expensive ad - without warning us and without our clear permission - and are now billing us with interest. Be warned--their new forms have fine print on the back that defaults to you approving their proposal if you don't respond in their time frame. This new wording was not brought to our attention as a customer. If you want to advertise with a company that values long term customers, go elsewhere. Our calls to the company are forwarded to voicemails, and promised emails from them to work things out with us two weeks ago have still not been received. Phone book companies like Action Pages should not be allowed to operate with these kinds of crooked tactics where they prey on vulnerable businesses at a time where everyone is suffering.

Best kept secret! Actionpages books delivered comprehensively in smaller cities that care about their business communities. Phone book users have money and smart business owners get this and advertise to them. Dollar for dollar your best place to advertise if you wanna succeed in this delusional broken digital circus!
