I’ve used the same realtor for decades. Unfortunately, she passed away a couple of years ago. I was referred to Kayla by her daughter.

Kayla met me at the house on a Monday evening, even though she was recovering from a bad cold.

I had owned the house since 1987, and for past number of years it has been used as a rental. Unfortunately, the last renters did so much damage, Kayla advised there was no way to qualify for traditional financing.

Kayla offered to reached out to an investor she knew, which she did on Tuesday. The investor inspected the property on Wednesday and made an offer.

The story doesn’t end there, though, because I had just had the septic tank replaced over the summer and the contractor forgot to submit the paperwork to the county. We had to wait until the county approved the paperwork, which was finally completed on January 8. The buyer went to the title company that morning and I was funded that afternoon.

It was very fast, but it was a very complicated endeavor, and Kayla kept in contact with me every step of the way.
