I have long gone through my Punch card and this is my favorite place to go to! The staff are always so friendly. I have gone to four different parcel pickup business previous in the last 12 years and I will continue to support pic it up!

Richelle is the best. She dealt with a return for me and eas super helpful.
Today there was no one in the store except for a young mom with an infant child and Richelle not only helped her with her parcels and her baby out the door but literally helped her to her car.
Not only is the service exceptional but the human kind is exceptional too.

Very good service with affordable rates. Rochelle will sometimes have my package ready for me before I have a chance to open my mouth. The bad reviews I've read on here seem mostly unreasonable or else complaints about things beyond Rochelle's control. Probably the only downside here is that Pic-It-Up isn't open 24/7, so once or twice I didn't make it through the border wait time before closing time. Sumas is a great little town with affordable gas and dairy, so this makes for a good catch-all stop without the crowds.

I've used Pic-It-Up a few times now. I am very happy with the service. Every time I've been in it takes less than 30 seconds to received my order and have my card punched. Service is always FAST and friendly! I've saved so much in shipping across the border thanks to Pic-It-Up! I'm actually on my way there now to get some car parts!

Usually I don't have an issue with this parcel receiver, but this month I went to pick up a package (for which I had received a delivery notice a week prior) and they couldn't find it, nor had any record of it being received. They said they had been having similar issues with multiple carriers all week. When I reached out to the store from which I ordered, they looked into it... it turns out, Pic It Up had it after all, and said that to their knowledge I had not come in to pick it up!! Turns out it was not the carrier's fault after all...
Y'all, please update your logging and storage system beyond a notebook with handwritten entries. Too much margin for error, as demonstrated in the "multiple similar issues" you've been having recently. A wasted trip across the border is almost as bad as having to pay the shipping I was trying to avoid!
