This grocery store is exceptional, but it does have some issues. I just moved to Orlando, Florida, and was not really aware of what grocery stores were around me, but I had heard that Publix was a really great place. The food quality is exceptional, but it comes at a cost: high prices. I will say, however, that they do have great buy-one-get-one deals that greatly affect the cost, and I bought a lot of moving supplies, like cleaning supplies, which did increase the cost. The customer service was exceptional on my first visit, and I even had someone help me bring my groceries and supplies out to my car. However, on my second visit, when I needed to return something, the service was less than friendly and more rushed, but it was still okay. I am disappointed in the prices for produce, though. The prices are extremely high, and the quantity is very low, but the quality is high. As a vegetarian, I really need a grocery store that has high-quality, high-quantity produce at a good price, and Publix Supermarket is a little too expensive for me. It is still a fantastic grocery store, and you should go if produce is not your primary concern.

Came here for a cooking class 10/10! We had the best time. Brian and James walked us through step by step on how to make each meal. There were at least five different ones. This class was hands on and a lot of fun.
After prepping and cooking all the food, we all got to sit down and eat with some wine of choice. I will definitely take on another class in the future.

I absolutely think this MAY be my favorite Publix hands down. The salad bar for the sub station is always on point with so many ingredients for veggie lovers! Sushi off the chain etc

I always have a great experience at this Publix! Rowen, my cashier, went above and beyond to help me find Grape Uncrustables, even though they were out. He was super friendly and helpful, making my grocery run less dull. Its clear that this Publix values customer service, and it shows in their fantastic team. I always look forward to shopping here!

I'm an amputee and was going from my car to the store. The fellow who was collecting the carts saw me and came over to me and offered to get me an electric scooter. Every employee I encountered was polite, helpful, and cheerful. Blessings to all the folks at Publix. Blessings to all of you out there...

The service at this Publix is great but my favorite part is definitely the subs. The employees always hold it down no matter how busy it is. I’d like to give a specific shoutout to Ms Francine and Tonya. They’re consistently a pleasure to interact with when I’m ordering. I came in this store to get flowers for my dad’s grave and was very emotional. Nick Oliveto was helping me in floral and noticed I was crying, he took his time and made me the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever seen! He told me he doesn’t know what’s going on, but that I’ll be okay and that made my whole day better! I’ve never had such a great experience with an associate, I hope they keep him and I see his face on those manager boards soon!
