MK was seriously THE BEST to work with. She turned my request around in less than 24 hours. Her communication, follow through, follow up after, and designs were AMAZING. I’m a type A person and I find it hard to find company’s now a days to provide over the top customer service. MK and EP direct did just that. I will be a forever customer and share my experience to anyone needing printing needs. Thank you Mk and EP direct! Oh and the product I ordered was great! Great design, great printing and everyone loved the “BIG heads!”

Not real good customer service. Emailed them about a them about quote on flash cards, took over a month to get the quote, emailed them again about the quote said they needed a copyright approval,sent them it they lost it, sent it again. Emailed them again 1 I /2 later said they were done. They stated they sent out a email that I never received. They. Just smiled and said opps. Quality is okay price I thought was on the expensive side.not real impressed.
