If you’re a service professional and actually want to grow as a business, footbridge is not the place to start. They copy and paste the vast majority of their websites and use the exact same keywords and writing that they do with all of them.

Also, how in the world are you supposed to grow and outrank your competitor if they don’t have a company cap for each city market? Literally I had a handful of companies in a very short radius all using their services with the same website and Google content.

My Google page got taken down for over 6-8 months now and I’m still in the process of getting it back up because of their own screw up. Had to track them down and call/email to make sure they were doing what they’re supposed to do only to find out things were left untouched for weeks when they were supposed to be working on it. Asked to speak with the owner about it and he wouldn’t even get on the phone for 5 minutes to address the issue when his employees think it’s a funny game playing with somebodies livelihood and not taking the blame for the mess they created. Pretty telling of who you’re actually working with.

Customer service is pretty good, but it doesn’t mean anything if they don’t follow through with what they’re supposed to do. Which they don’t. At all.

Gotta say their marketing department for postcards, designs and what not is literally awesome and I never had a single problem in that aspect. Very good.

Save yourself the headache with these clowns. Just another cash grab with a monthly sticker that’s too cheap to let go, but not expensive enough for them to get you even close to where you want to be as a professional business owner.
