Lou and I have spoken a couple times about my business, and he's always such a wealth of knowledge and energy. I appreciate how much he and the Empath folks have put into the SLO business ecosystem, too! They put on a number of excellent networking events (pre-covid) and delivered a lot of valuable content at those events. I'm sure these things are good for their business, but it never felt salesy; they demonstrate a genuine interest in helping people out.

I attended Louis's session on ideation, which was very informative and interactive. His methods in marketing product value and researching and understanding the target customer segment were very logical, easy to follow and very applicable. I loved the energy and optimism he brought to the session, and I also appreciated his honest feedback on some of our opportunity areas. As an aspiring brand manager, I learned a lot from his session.
