I only found bSocial Marketing half way through my year and because of the seasonality of my business it was unfortunately passed my peak selling season. All I will say is that based on the projects that we did complete this year, I cannot WAIT to see what next year brings. They are not only extremely talented in the social media aspect but they are also fantastic strategists in developing a holistic strategy across all platforms to ensure that my branding and vision is consistent and therefore more effective overall. They were able to convince me to get on camera, which I have resisted for years, but have made it so fun that I always look forward to our video shoots and strategy sessions. Knowing and trusting that I have my digital strategy taken care of allows me, as a business owner, to focus on everything else without distraction. Thank you to everyone at bSocial and I am looking forward to partnering with you for many years to come.

Very disappointed in this company. I had a bunch of issues with communication from them, stuck with it because the owner was my friend back when we started. They did video, photo and website for me. The website has been crashing numerous times. It has been down for months now, I initially reached out to the person who created it in June, no response. Then again in July, received a general acknowledgement but no movement on my site. Reached out again in August, and still haven't heard back. I've asked multiple times to be given access to the hosting site so I can address issues rather than need to go through them all the time. They said they would help me transfer my domain to my own hosting site, and never did. Feeling really annoyed. I was never going to write this review, didn't want to, but I'm done with this. There's a lot more I could share around how the owner spoke to me, basically blaming me for everything, getting upset telling me that he put my project above their own business's projects. Things that made no sense given I was the customer. Very unprofessional. Very unfortunate.
