I definitely recommend choosing Monarch for your pictures/events! I first went to the studio for my newborn’s first pictures. It was a great experience and they provided plenty of print and digital packages. I even got a collage! I went back for my daughter’s 1 year photos and I was so grateful for the patience and positive attitude. Letty is always happy and helpful and her team is excellent!

I emailed them about a session with my son, and they responded within an hour, explained what the shoot entailed and the different package costs. When we got to the studio that morning, my son was really nervous but Letty was patient with him and her assistant was sweet and helpful at getting him to ease up. We ended up with some really great photos for my son's kindergarten graduation that everyone in our family loves. I ordered the photos from my proofs a week later and a week after that they came in the mail. Highly recommend, and would definitely use again! 🙂

They lost my sons pictures then made it seem like I have to go and search for them myself. I'm really annoyed with BESD for giving our school contract to Monarch when Lifetouch was perfectly fine. . Very disappointing service and non professionalism from the owner. Did not even offer make ups. Nor a class photo this year. I miss logging into Ligetouch and seeing all my kids photos since kindergarten. Now we're stuck with Ms Come find them yourself. ?

Nice studio and they are good at what they do. The only thing I would change is their photo ordering process. It's not super user-friendly and has limited customizations online. Would,like to be able to freely choose photos quickly and easily. Overall, I dig their services.
