Fantastic service and employees. We had an issue with our internet going out. Turns out we had too many items constantly connected to the router bogging it down. They installed a second router as an extension and it resolved our issue quickly. Absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable employees and great service.

What a delight to walk into METC this morning merely to drop off a UPS item for shipping. I would give METC a million stars if I could. METC has been so great to us in such a small community, we are beyond thankful for the 10/10 services they provide. I use phone, internet and fax at my place of employment and have never had any issues. METC's office staff is very professional and knowledgeable to providing quick answers and support. When setting up a new service, their technicians were very polite and speedy.
I'd recommend their services to anyone needing good quality internet and phone.

Customer for years, you would think a small business would be more understanding of situations. Customer for years but the first payment missed, turned off with no option except immediate payment. Might as well deal with Cox, if you can't get small town help with the smaller companies anymore.
