I delighted in working with Starlight PR and I anticipate working with them again sooner rather than later. I paid $1447.27 for a 3 week social awareness campaign. Once I received my welcome call their services didn’t meet my expectations so i told them I wanted to cancel immediately and they said it would take 14-21 days to receive the funds back. Even though it took them one day to receive the funds.

Probably the most inept PR agency i've ever worked with.

At this time, I'll have to not consider working with Starlight PR in the near future as my single is currently underperforming in comparison with my other song on all fronts including airplay, Spotify Listeners, Social Media engagement, and all around community drive. If anything, if I were to consider working with Starlight PR again in the future, I'd have to utilize their cheapest-and only their cheapest-$800 plan next time around as that got me farther than the newer-albeit-more expensive-$1400 plan.

And that's the thing-these individuals charge an insane amount of money for albeit cheaper options that one can do themselves.

Also, if I were to consider working again with Starlight PR, I'm afraid it would have to be under a different agent as from what I've seen of Karen, the person in charge of my campaign-it was not the best experience. Her replies were extremely vague and didn't always answer my questions that I brought forth. The responses that I did receive from her that came in greater detail seemed as if they were copied and pasted from a policy manual of sorts or even other messages to some of your other clients. In short, her responses did not seem genuine to me or my music which was absolutely detrimental to promoting my album into the future.

In short, Starlight PR is not the PR company you want running your music.
