I was charged for a second year without a reminder or any communication with the company since I paid them for the first time last year. In fact I haven't heard from them the entire year. Analytics would have been nice, but nothing!!! Customer service had me on hold for 20 minutes this morning and I'm hoping to hear back for them by the end of today.

I regret ever signing up with Broadly. The service didn’t deliver what was promised and it became clear fast that it wasn’t something my business needed. When I asked to cancel, they hid behind their one year contract and refused to let me out. After enough back-and-forth, they lowered the monthly fee a little, but that did nothing to fix the problem. I am still paying for something I do not use. It feels like throwing money in a fire every month. Be careful with companies that cling to contracts instead of addressing customer concerns. Its clear that they care more about taking your money than meeting your needs.

If I could give a zero, I would. SCAM!!!!! Terrible company and terrible experience. Never helped, never got more business, never do anything for me but still my money. Cancelled subscription in Sept. (following all the steps) and here we are a month later still getting charged. I'm about to cancel my card to stop them because it seems that they just want the money and do not care about the person's decisions. Do Not Fall For This Company. WORTHLESS!!!!
