Rob is very professional and provides great insights. He proactively looks at ways to increase our business and comes to each of our meetings with new ideas and ways to improve. He is very patient as I learn the ropes and is always happy to provide explanations (sometimes for the third time!) when we are reviewing a lot of details. He seems to really know his stuff. WHOA. Rob is an expert in all the things we needed and more!
He shows intentionality with our brand and our specific needs. He was managing our account before and after a substantial company shift / growing period and he was able to work through our companies kinks during the transition with ease.
Additionally, we (along with the entire world of E-commerce) were thrown a wrench with the new iOS 14 update from Apple and Rob was more than prepared for that major change and continued digging in areas that were unknown to every marketer in the world during this change in this type of work.
Rob is an EXPERT in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads and has a ton of unique strategies that outperform other more common strategies.
