Excellent service from start to finish. Completed central heating repipe and installation of new radiator with minimum disruption and fuss. Job made trickier due to previous installation of one pipe system, however the guys worked out a plan and completed the job in one day. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Engineer came out to do a thermostat fitting job.
Said needed part, and would be in contact today. No response for a few hours. Texted him on whatsapp - no response.
Telephoned main office, who said would find out latest and call me back.
Again no response.

Really need to learn the art of communication. Its simple really.

After seeing the review I was called back and told engineer would not be re attending and threatened on the phone.

About as ideal as you'd want a boiler replacement to be at a good price. Fast, friendly and professional. At both the survey and installation they took the time to answer questions, offer guidance on common problems and left us feeling supported for any issues in future.

Ross has done previous work on our boiler which we have been happy with, having moved into a property where there had been safety issues which needed resolved. Had been booked in for a service this year, until received a call the day before from his secretary to say that he is refusing to do the work because I asked questions the last time round. Given that he condemned our boiler last year, was then given the work for bringing it up to standard, it's no surprise that I had questions at the time, particularly as various gas safe plumbers had been involved prior to us buying the house, and we were concerned about the general safety of the system. I have no issue with this firms workmanship, but do take issue with being told at the last minute that they are refusing to do a service because I had questions last time round. It's plainly unprofessional, and smacks of poor service.
