Update:

I requested a quote for the thank you cards including the design when I visited your store. I also sent you an email requesting a quote. It would have been helpful to review before placing an order. I never received the quote. I also called to let you know that I did not receive it and waited. I never heard from you. You should never expect money from consumers without being clear on your pricing. You never mentioned a $75 per hour design fee to me. This is why it would have been helpful to send me a quote for efficient service. Based on my experience, this is a fair review. Hopefully it will be helpful in improving your customer service.

Poor Customer Service & Communication

I visited Elm Printing and discussed ordering custom made thank you cards with Roy the business owner. I also requested a quote via email as well. After four
days of not hearing from Roy, I followed up with him. He said he would send me a quote. It’s been over a week and I still have not heard from him.This is not good customer service nor business. I will go to a different company that appreciates my business.
