The employees here make you feel that it is a mistake for you to spend money here. They completely ignore you and are very impatient when customers ask about the size. I don't care what your personality is in private, but you are at work and you have to serve customers well. I don't know how low the bottom line of the Ralph Lauren brand is now, and employees like this can be successfully hired.

I been served by Harvey today. He was very helpful with the stock I was after. I had to ask for different sizes and designs and he was so patient to find the information related to what I wanted.

Just wanted to say thank you to Francis the manager at Emporium Ralph Lauren. Initially, I purchased a Ralph Lauren coat from David Jones and faced a disappointing situation when a staff member refused to assist me with packaging using the boxes displayed. However, when I visited the Emporium Ralph Lauren store today ,Francis, the store manager, provided exceptional service by promptly rewrapping my product and offering boxes from the display, even though I didn't make the purchase at that store. I truly appreciate his outstanding assistance.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL BEFORE ENTERING THE STORE AT EMPORIUM. We had a disappointing experience in Polo Ralph Lauren store in Emporium. The staff are so inattentive, discriminative, arrogant, and rude, especially the bald Asian male staff, who was working on Tuesday morning (12 Dec 2023).

My partner was looking for a shirt that he saw on the brand website, but we couldn’t find it in Emporium store, so we asked the staff. He was not welcoming us at all in the beginning and when we asked he just looked at his laptop and glacially replied to us like ‘not at the moment’.

We are customers who are interested in buying items in their store but they treated us like we are begging something from them. Cannot believe such a luxury brand with expensive items can have such kind of staff. It’s better to buy same items at stores in other locations with better service.

Also, please train the staff to be respectful and attentive to customers before letting them start working to avoid ruining customer experiences.

Encountered exceptionally poor service at DFO Essendon on Friday, November 24th, at 6:35-6.50 pm. An older brunette lady was rude, directing me to a changing room without eye contact. The funny part it was locked - all the change rooms need to be unlocked?! After waiting an additional 3+minutes to get her attention, I finally entered the change room. Less than 3 minutes later, it was 6:45 pm, she aggressively banged on my door, yelling aggressively the store is about to close (as if it were past 7). Her tone was indefensibly rude. Due to this experience, my partner opted not to purchase the desired T-shirts. Despite spending over $700 at the till and informing the other 2 staff about the issue, the overall service was disappointingly lacking. For the price paid, one would anticipate a higher level of service. RL needs improvement. I won't be returning soon; even fueling up at 7/11 provides better service.

My recent visit to the Polo store in Emporium was disappointing. The staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy, coupled with the unprofessional behavior of the security personnel, significantly marred my shopping experience.

I bought a cloth from the BTS pop up store and they forgot to remove the security tag, therefore alert system beeped when I entered Polo store. The security dude suddenly claimed me as a thief when I was actually just putting on foot inside the store instead of walking out from the store. What a crazy guy.

Based on this encounter, I would advise potential customers to reconsider visiting this store. This review serves as a cautionary note based on my personal experience.
