We placed a larger order with ADA on 5/31. We received an email on July 2nd saying the order was shipping -still no tracking info. We have been emailing & calling for the past 4 days, calls go straight to voicemail and ignored, emails go unanswered. I'm about to contact our credit card company and have the charges reversed.

Funny how they responded to someone else's review yesterday but don't have time to follow up with us.

Bought $20,000 worth of cast in place ada mats & installed at Costco Visalia Ca. After install edges were cracking & breaking. Have emailed customer service sent picks explained what was happening. Got reply twice first asking for picks & asking if filed warranty which they said was sent with order. Never saw anything in order asked if they can send me warranty but never had answer after that. Emailed three more times asking questions about why no hexagonal ribs on two inside ends of anchors. No answer to email. Was sent a pdf about access tile read it has 5 yr warranty against defective work,breakage,deformation,fading&loosening of tiles. Doesn't say anything about traffic rating or what kind of traffic. Was told by rep that they are only for people,carts, strollers,carts. But they are for parking lots installation which says on info.
If your looking for customer service or somebody to answer your phone calls or emails when you have problems FORGET IT !!!!
Great when you want to buy something but forget it after that.

I have been using ADASignDepot for several years now to order all my required ADA signage from restrooms, to exiting, and even custom room name/number signs. I have even ordered the customer room signs for large medical projects we do. Their prices are very reasonable. Ordering on their website is super easy and David and his team always deliver promptly . If you have any questions David is there to assist whenever needed. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my signage needs.

Needed signs for our restrooms some wtih braille and others on the doors to the restroom, and things called truncated domes in parking lot and sidewalk. Had to have this to pass an inspection so we could finally open for biz! ADA Sign Depot had great customer support. Very responsive to my (many!) questions.. Gave me guidance on which products I needed and all are made in USA. Signs are very professional. Delivery was on time as promised. These people know their stuff.

Return policy stinks! 20% restocking plus shipping on the buyer for a heavy sign you pretty much even out.

Customer service is badd, its non existance via phone call, email or via chat, so frustrating to get a answer on a order placed 1 week ago!
